Returns Policy

For any reason if you are unhappy with your product you may return it to us at your cost for either an exchange or a full refund within one week of receiving your goods.

We must be notified by email to or by writing to our office address with all your order information or by calling the customer services number on 0845 643 2948 or 01548 843 207 Order information must include: - Your name, phone number, email address, WorldPay Transaction ID, order number, reason for exchange or return and product for exchange.

If the product is faulty then we ask customers to inform us by one of the above stated methods and we must be informed within two hours of signing for the product. All faulty products are independently analysed by an experienced trained member of staff and if deemed to be faulty customers will receive an exchange or a refund. For further information we refer customers to the Terms and Conditions.

We ask our customers to send any returned items via recorded mail.
